Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to the GRWM app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by AlphaByte, Inc. (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

Information Collection and Use

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include information such as

• Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)
• The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages
• The time spent on the Application
• The operating system you use on your mobile device
• Fashion and facial images uploaded by users for AI-powered processing, which may include:
  • Virtual Try-On: To simulate clothing on user-uploaded images.
  • Celebrity Lookalike: To identify and display celebrities who resemble the user’s face.

The Service Provider may require certain personally identifiable information to improve your experience, including:

• Email address
• User ID
• Uploaded images for AI processing

Data Handling for Uploaded Images:

• Uploaded images are used solely for the purposes of the application’s features (e.g., Virtual Try-On, Celebrity Lookalike).
• Facial data from uploaded images is processed only to enable these features.
• Original images are not stored after processing. However, the enhanced/generated images are stored on cloud storage, and their URLs are retained in a cloud database.
• For Virtual Try-On, enhanced/generated images may be stored on cloud storage, and their URLs may be retained in a cloud database for display within the Application.
