This privacy policy applies to the HabitMax app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by AlphaByte, Inc. (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

Information Collection and Use

The Application does not collect or transmit any personal or usage data to the Service Provider or third-party services. All data related to your habits, goals, and progress is stored locally on your device.

Data stored locally may include:

• Custom habits created by you.
• Your completion records for daily, weekly, and monthly tracking.
• Notification preferences or reminders.

This data is solely for your use within the Application and is never shared, collected, or stored by the Service Provider or any third parties.

Third Party Services

The Application does not use any third-party services for analytics, advertising, or data collection.

Opt-Out Rights

Since the Application does not collect any data on external servers, there is no data to opt out of sharing. However, you can remove all data by uninstalling the Application from your device.

Data Retention Policy

All data is stored locally on your device for as long as you use the Application. Uninstalling the Application will delete all stored data permanently. The Service Provider has no access to your data and cannot assist in recovering it.
